An Amazon seller whose account or ASIN was deactivated by Seller Performance must submit a Plan of Action — root cause, corrective actions, preventive measures — through the Appeal button, usually with invoices that match the flagged ASINs and the seller's legal name.

The packet includes a suspension-notice classification, a three-block POA in Seller Performance's expected structure, an evidence checklist with each invoice checked for ASIN / legal-name / date match, and a submission run sheet.
