A local business whose Google Business Profile was suspended or failed verification must submit matching evidence through Google’s appeal tool. Since July 2026 evidence attaches directly inside the appeal form (accounts on the older flow get a separate evidence form with a 60-minute submission window). Google allows one appeal and one additional review, so the package must be complete and matching before the appeal is filed.

The packet includes a violation diagnosis, pre-appeal field edits, renamed and checked evidence (license, registration, utility bill ≤90 days, lease/tax, signage), an appeal letter under 1,000 characters, and a submission run sheet.
