Procurement already asked for the VPAT. Produce the ACR.
Need a VPAT for a government contract? Audited ACR in 5 business days.
An agency, university, or enterprise buyer put “provide your VPAT/ACR” in the procurement checklist, and the RFP response date is fixed. We run a hybrid audit — an automated pass plus manual keyboard and screen-reader testing by a named human on every in-scope screen — and deliver a completed Accessibility Conformance Report with per-criterion remarks and a defect list for your engineers. No “Supports” claim ships without test evidence behind it.
$1,995 · one product, up to 12 unique screens · WCAG 2.2 + Section 508 edition · 5 business days
Start the VPAT Sprint — $1,995 See exactly what you get
Not a certification body. Not legal advice. We do not guarantee any agency’s procurement decision.
What’s in the $1,995 sprint
- Screen inventory and scope confirmation (≤12 unique screens, one product)
- Automated audit pass (axe-based) across the in-scope screens
- Manual testing by a named human on every screen: keyboard traps, focus order, screen-reader announcements, meaningful alt text
- Completed ACR — WCAG 2.2 + your required Section 508 edition — with honest Supports / Partially Supports entries and per-criterion remarks
- Prioritized defect list your engineering team can act on
- One re-test and ACR revision after your fixes
What is not included
- No remediation — we find and document, your engineers fix
- No legal opinions on ADA or Section 508 exposure
- No “Supports” entries without test evidence — we will not paper over failures
- EN 301 549 / INT editions are add-ons ($495), not included
- Screens beyond the scoped 12 are a second engagement
If your product fails badly, the ACR says so honestly — with the defect list that gets you to a re-issue. An inaccurate ACR on a government bid is a false-claims problem; we will not write one.
What a VPAT actually costs in 2026
The band is wide because “VPAT” covers everything from a fill-it-yourself workbook to a six-week enterprise audit. The vendors themselves say the audit is the great majority of the cost — and that template-only reports bounce in procurement review.
| Who | Price | What you actually buy |
|---|---|---|
| 508blueprint DIY workbook | $79 | You test and fill the template yourself |
| Accessible.org | $350–$950 doc + $1,250–$2,750 audit | Itemized document fee plus the audit that makes it real |
| Corpus AI VPAT Sprint | $1,995 | Hybrid audit + manual testing + completed ACR + defect list, ≤12 screens, 5 business days |
| TestPros and specialist firms | $3,000–$10,000 | Larger scopes, longer timelines |
| Enterprise accessibility firms | $30,000–$60,000 | Full programs, multi-product portfolios |
Re-issue on a new product version $795. Additional editions (EN 301 549, INT) $495 each. Second product is a new sprint.
How it works
- Pay $1,995 and send access. Stripe checkout, then email a staging URL and test credentials, your screen inventory (or let us crawl and propose one), and which edition your buyer requires.
- We audit. Automated pass first, then a named human works every in-scope screen with keyboard only and with a screen reader. Every criterion gets a finding artifact — pass or fail.
- A person releases the ACR. The release gate is absolute: any criterion with zero test evidence blocks release. You get the signed-ready ACR, per-criterion remarks, and the defect list.
- You fix, we re-test once. One revision round is included so the ACR you attach to the bid reflects your fixes.
FAQ
Why not just buy a $79 template or run an automated scanner?
Because reviewers probe ACRs, and the market’s own warning is that template-only or purely automated reports fail procurement review. Automated tools cannot judge keyboard traps, focus order, or whether a screen reader announces anything meaningful. Ours are tested by hand.
How fast is 5 business days, really?
The clock starts when we have staging access, credentials, and the confirmed screen list. This is careful human testing, not an hours business — anyone promising a credible audited ACR same-day is selling a template.
Do you guarantee we win the contract?
No. We guarantee an honest, complete, evidence-backed ACR. The agency’s decision is the agency’s.
What if our product has serious accessibility failures?
The ACR reports them as Partially Supports or Does Not Support, with remarks and a defect list. That is not sabotage — an honest ACR with a remediation plan is defensible in review; an inflated one is not.
Can we pay by invoice / purchase order?
Yes. Email us and we will issue a Stripe invoice against a PO instead of card checkout.
Is Corpus Localization a different company?
No. Corpus AI is the public brand. Corpus Localization (certified translations) is a line under Corpus AI — same LLC. This engagement is accessibility audit and document preparation, not a translation, not certification, and not legal advice.
