Watchdog guarantee: we attempt to send Telegram within 60 seconds of our process observing an HTTP failure, and within 15 minutes of an HTML/GBP/review fingerprint change. SSL alerts when remaining validity is under 14 days. We do not guarantee your site stays up, Google keeps the listing published, or you replied to the review. Timeouts are treated as down. GBP and review checks parse public HTML; markup changes fail-closed to unknown.
