Product questions
How fast am I up and running?
Same day. After checkout you get an onboarding email; connecting a Stripe webhook or adding your first uptime check takes minutes. If you get stuck, reply to the email and a human sets it up with you.
What do you need access to?
Order Desk needs a webhook endpoint and its signing secret (whsec_) — never your secret API key. Watch Desk needs only public URLs and listing links. Seller Central Desk is the sole add-on that needs delegated account access, under its own terms.
How do alerts arrive?
Telegram first (fastest and free), with email fallback. Webhook delivery for your own tooling is available on request.
How do I cancel?
From the Stripe billing portal link in any receipt, or email us. First 14 days: full refund, no questions.
