What happens if the deadline is missed?
The SLA is part of the product. If we blow it, you get a refund — the storefront for each service states its terms.
Can you guarantee reinstatement / approval / a win?
No, and no honest provider can. We guarantee a complete, consistent, on-time file. Decisions belong to Google, Amazon, tribunals, and reviewers.
