How it works
- Pay $149. Stripe checkout. On the success page, send the suspension email, public profile URL, and the documents.
- We extract and check. Name and address on every document must match the profile, including suite line. Utility bill must be dated within 90 days. At least three documents from Google’s accepted list.

Do you log into my Google account?
No. You submit from your own account. We never ask for your password or manager access.
Do you guarantee Google will reinstate my listing?
No. We guarantee a complete, policy-mapped packet within 4 business hours of complete intake. Google’s decision is Google’s. Appealing a profile that still violates the rules can make the next review harder.
When do I upload evidence?
In July 2026 Google updated the appeal flow so evidence attaches directly while filing (support.google.com/business/answer/4569145). If your account still shows the separate evidence form, Google says it must be submitted within 60 minutes of opening it. Reviews take up to 5 business days, and you get one appeal plus one additional review — your first submission should be the strong one.
What if my documents do not match?
We do not fabricate documents. You get a gap report of what is missing, or a refund.
